Before you apply
Please review the following suggestions before you get started:

  • Read and understand the refund policy
  • Review your program of interest under the Education tab of our website.
  • Include payment for the annual student fee with your application form.
  • Review the description and note the requirements for your course selection. FB1 is recommended for new students.

Transfer Credits
Complete the Advanced Standing Application form to transfer equivalent courses you have completed.

  • Mail - Send your enrollment form with payment in the form of a cheque or credit card to

  • Fax - Fax your completed application form to 416-572-2619. Credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) is required for fax registration.
  • In person - You may submit your forms in person at the Credit Institute's National Office. Payments must be made by cheque, credit card, or bank draft.
