Speaker: Susan Hodkinson, COO & Practice Group Leader, HR Consulting Group
Susan is the COO at Crowe Soberman where she manages operations, including finance, IT, HR, facilities & marketing. She also heads the firms Human Resources Consulting Group providing advice on all aspects of HR. Susan is a writer, speaker & facilitator on HR operational & general business topics with 20+ years of senior management experience in professional services, as well as 5 years as SVP Operations for Clubllnk Corp, Canada's largest owner, operator & developer of private & resort golf courses. Susan is Chair of the Board of Directors for Nightwood Theatre, a member of the Women's Art Council at the McMichael Canadian Art Foundation and past Chair of the Toronto Chapter International Women's Forum, Canada. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario & completed Executive Education at Queen's University, Chicago Booth University, McGill University and the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
