Please join us for an exciting and informative CIC and IECA networking and educational event. This session will review practical considerations, experiences, and lessons learned in the restructuring context, including the various components to be aware of, as a Counterparty’s credit starts to deteriorate and creditors start taking legal or other actions to collect and secure exposures owed.

Credit Professionals in the Energy and Commercial/Industrial sectors are encouraged to attend this session.

The Credit Institute of Canada (CIC) has been actively fulfilling its mission of promoting the importance of professionally trained credit management staff and the benefits they bring to an organization. The Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation is widely recognized as the symbol of excellence in credit management.

The International Energy Credit Association (IECA)  is the leading global membership organization for credit professionals in the energy industry.
