Guest Speaker - LES ARMISTEAD

Les Armistead obtained his law degree from the University of BC in 1984 and specializes in Contract Law and Construction & Business disputes. His expertise as a successful lawyer has earned him a reputation as a knowledgeable and informative speaker in all aspects of liens and contract law including collection. You will be provided with information on how to not only be successful in your collection but more importantly how to avoid disputes and avoid unnecessary costs to your firm by recognizing the importance of solid contracts and record keeping. You will be provided with information on the filing of liens including Repairers’ Liens; step by step through to successful collection and remedies available to you.
This seminar is designed for credit managers and business managers that wish to obtain a working knowledge of liens and “how to” achieve successful results. You will be provided with handouts at the dinner meeting outlining the material for future reference.

This full day seminar will allow you to connect and network with other credit managers. For members this is an opportunity to earn those required personal development points. The format is set for a small audience which will allow you to interact directly and more freely with the speaker.
