Cliff Tironi is the Founder and Principal Storyteller of Data Humanized, a boutique consulting firm that helps businesses influence diverse stakeholders through strategic planning and execution, data storytelling, and capability building. Cliff is also a TEDx speaker on data storytelling and an adjunct professor at Florida International University and the University of Miami, where he teaches Executive MBA and Executive Education courses on Data Storytelling.

Data Humanized’s clients span Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and educational institutions, across industries including global media, consumer packaged goods, and pharma.

Topic: Data Storytelling for Real-World Impact

The workshop will address different aspects of the art of data and the science of persuasion through data storytelling. Participants are provided with proven frameworks to understand the “why” behind data-driven storytelling, while equipping them with practical tools to apply those concepts to their day-to-day work (the “how”). As a result of participating in this workshop, participants will develop both—the strategy and the execution—to create impactful, data-backed narratives that truly influence decision-making.

Key takeaways

Translate complex data into clear, persuasive messages that resonate with executives
Apply a structured storytelling framework to present concrete recommendations from raw insights
Identify and avoid common data communication pitfalls that limit progress
Gain confidence in delivering data-driven narratives that spur action

Topic: Getting Unstuck: How to Reframe Problems, Unlock New Solutions, and Lead Change

Does your credit team keep circling the same stalled decisions, internal misalignment, or resistance to change, no matter how much time and effort you throw at it? Often, the real issue isn't a lack of effort. It's that the team is solving the wrong problem entirely.

Join us for this interactive session where you'll learn a powerful reframing tool that helps credit professionals step back, uncover the real problem, and unlock breakthrough solutions. You'll discover how to recognize when your team is trapped in an unproductive problem loop and how to break free of it.

You'll walk away with two proven frameworks:

A reframing tool to help your team see challenges from a new angle and generate solutions you hadn't considered
The Change Curve, which explains why some people embrace change while others dig in their heels and what leaders can do to bring everyone along

Through real-world case examples and hands-on practice, you'll apply these tools to challenges you face every day: policy implementation, cross-functional decision-making, and operational bottlenecks. Grounded in neuroscience and psychology, this session explains why reframing works, not just how to do it.

Leave with practical tools you can put to use immediately to get your team unstuck, strengthen collaboration, and drive better outcomes.
