Marc Noreau, B.C.L, LL.B
Marc brings close to four decades of legal and executive experience across commercial litigation, creditors' rights, and government leadership in Canada. He currently serves as Chief Legal Officer of Consolidated Recovery Group, a national enforcement and recovery services company, and as Managing Partner of Consolidated Legal Services LLP, which provides legal services across Canada, covering commercial litigation, civil and security enforcement, collections, and mortgage enforcement. Before joining CRG, Marc held senior positions within the Nunavut Court of Justice and the Government of Nunavut, including Executive Legal Officer and Deputy Minister of Justice. Marc argued successfully at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Marc is a member of several law societies across Canada and has a national legal practice.
