This is a three-step process as follows:
1) Submission of the nomination form
2) Assessment of nomination forms by the Governance Task Force
3) Regional elections by electronic voting and paper ballot
Members eligible to vote will receive an electronic notification with a unique link to securely cast their vote. Voting will take place during the designated 3-day period.
Members without an email address in the database at the National Office will receive a paper ballot in the mail.
