Position Statement 

I grew up in Quispamsis, New Brunswick where I graduated from university and started my career in credit. I have been in Red Deer since 2013 with my husband and two children (now adults). When I am not working, I enjoy spending time at the barn with my horse Blitz, our 2 dogs and 4 cats (stray animals have a way of finding us) as well as reading and travelling with friends and family. I have been in Credit and Collections for over 20 years, primarily in leadership roles within banking, oil and gas and retail. My most current role was Director of Operational Accounting.

Biography 

I am a well- seasoned credit professional in the credit industry and have seen lots of changes during that time that has helped me to navigate in this ever-changing profession. I have been on the Board of Directors with the Edmonton Chapter since 2016 and have been on the Board of National Directors for one term. I am committed to ongoing professional development and continuously looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills. Attending industry seminars, webinars and conferences to stay ahead of trends is important to my ongoing development. I look forward to being a part of the National Board of Directors for a second term and enhancing my skills with the board, the chapters and the community.
