A. New Students

  • Follow these instructions to enroll in the program and register for your first course:

    Step 1: Create your student profile

    If you have never created a user account with us, you must start by creating a profile to use the online system. You will be required to provide personal information, username and password, your default exam location, and the student fee. You can update your profile and preferences at any time on the My Account page.

    Step 2: Enroll in the CCP program

    After you create your profile, you can enroll in the CCP program and view requirements. Simply follow the instructions on each tab of the registration process.

    Step 3: Register for a course

    On the Certified Credit Professional page, you will see your enrollment details. To purchase a course, click on its title. Select an offering, you will then be prompted to continue to payment. At this time, you should notice the student fee and selected courses in your cart.

B. Current Students

  • Follow these steps if you are an existing student, but have not yet paid your 2020-2021 student membership fee:

    Step 1: Sign in

    Review and update your profile and preferences on the My Account page.

    Step 2: Purchase a course or submit a form

    Register for your course.

  • Every student must pay their annual membership fee before the start of the semester in order to gain access to their course.  If the system does not ask you to pay the annual membership fee, you may proceed to register for your course and the fee will be billed to your account after.

C. Current Students (paid student fee)

Before you apply
Please review the following suggestions before you get started:

  • Read and understand the refund policy
  • Review your program of interest under the Education tab of our website.
  • Payment of the annual student fee is required. Returning students are billed annually for the period of April 1st to March 31st.
  • Review the description and note the requirements for the CCP courses. 
  • New students are advised to register early to ensure time for transcript evaluation.
  • Applications are accepted until the identified deadline dates (see course schedule below).

Transfer Credits
Complete the Advanced Standing Application form to transfer equivalent courses you have completed. After you are enrolled in the CCP program, you will find the transfer credits section after the requirements. There, you will be able to purchase an evaluation, download the form, and submit your completed form.

Late applications
Applications received after the deadline may be considered at the discretion of the Credit Institute and will be subject to a late processing fee of $50 (plus HST).
