In these unprecedented times stress and anxiety are at an all-time high. Avoid becoming a statistic. Join us for a special workshop lead by Luki Danukarjanto who will provide tactical and practical tips to use on a daily basis to transform your mental wellness, your career, and your life.

*We will walk through the origins and necessity of stress.
*Show you how to get rid of ANTS (not the creepy, crawly kind, but the automatic negative thoughts kind).
*Introduce you to "The Work."
*Walk you through the STFAR approach to managing your thoughts.
*Offer other tools and techniques to help master your mind, become more mindful of what you do, and improve your mental wellness.
About the Trainer Luki Danukarjanto:

Luki is a career coach whose purpose is to help others find theirs. He is a former management consultant with one of the Big 4 firms and a former undergrad campus recruiting lead. He is the published author of SWIKE: Stuff I Wish I Knew Earlier, host of a podcast by the same name, educator, and start-up advisor. He shares what you didn't know, that you needed to know, about jobs, careers and life.
