Let's cook together or observe an expert in action offering great tips and recipes to make the dinner hour easy and enjoyable.
R.S.V.P. by registration deadline is Aug 3 by 7 p.m.
Our very own board member and Membership & Education Committee Chair, Sanja Pleic, brings us her small business experience in everything related to cooking and the kitchen. Sanja has exciting and tasty recipes to offer and will show us what we need to do to prepare dinner or, if preferred, to simply watch the action.
Here are the ingredients that you will need to participate (after you register, of course):
 A) For the ROASTED PEPPER & WALNUT DIP

2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
1 tbsp (15ml) honey
1 tsp (5ml) paprika
1/2 tsp (2ml) salt
1/4 tsp (1ml) red pepper flakes
Optional: grilled or raw vegetables, naan, pita bread or crackers
