Carolyn is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is a Board Member of the International Credit Brokers Alliance (ICBA), and the Canadian Insurance Advisory Group (CIAG) as well as a Member of the Credit Institute of Canada–Hamilton Chapter.
