Program Enrollment and Course Registration

  • Step 1: Sign in with your credentials to proceed

    You must have a user account and be signed in to register for a course in the program.

    If you are an existing member or have previously created a user account in our system, but you need help resetting your login, give us a call or use the reset password feature.

  • Step 2: Enroll in the Executive Certified Credit Professional Program (ECCP)

    You must enroll in the ECCP program before you can register for your first course.

  • Step 3: Register for a course

    To register for a course, click on its title and add to your basket.  You will then be prompted to continue to payment.

Refund Policy

  • A refund request must be submitted in writing.

  • A full refund will be issued if the Credit Institute rejects an enrolment application.

  • A full refund, less $55.00 (administration fee), will be issued to students who cancel their registration in a course prior to receiving their login to the course portal.

  • Any cancellation request received after a login has been issued, but before the end of week one of a course, will be entitled to a 50% refund.
