Additional Accommodation Options

Due to high seasonal demand in Jasper during June, additional accommodation options are available for conference dates (June 9–12, 2026).

Hinton, Alberta (Approx. 30 Minutes from Jasper)

Several hotels in Hinton currently have strong availability over the conference dates. Rates are reported to be close to conference pricing, and availability remains good at this time.

Hinton is approximately a 30-minute drive from Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and provides a convenient alternative for attendees unable to secure accommodations within Jasper.

Pine Bungalows

Rooms have recently been secured by conference attendees at Pine Bungalows, located at 2 Cottonwood Creek Road, Jasper.

Delegates are encouraged to contact the property directly to inquire about current availability.

Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb)

There is also availability through Airbnb in and around Jasper and Hinton. Attendees may wish to explore short-term rental options for additional flexibility.

As June is a busy season in the Jasper area, we strongly recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible.

  • Jasper National Park entry requires a valid park pass.
